Retail commerce technology

Helping retailers make shopping simpler.

Market360 builds digital commerce tools that help retail businesses make their products easier to discover, order and manage online.

Built for everyday retail

Market360 supports supermarkets, corner shops, traditional market traders and other consumer-goods retailers.

  • Digital storefront and catalogue tools
  • Simple customer ordering experiences
  • Order and fulfilment management
  • Retail operations visibility

What Market360 does

We are a technology platform, not a warehouse and not a shop. Participating retailers use Market360 to put their products in front of customers, take orders and run fulfilment. Everything a customer is quoted comes from that retailer's own catalogue.

Conversational ordering

Customers order in plain language through a messaging interface, rather than hunting through an app they have to install.

The retailer's catalogue

Each shop uploads its own products, prices and stock. Quotes are read from that catalogue — never estimated or generated.

Order management

Retailers confirm availability, prepare orders and move them through to dispatch, with status visible to the customer.

Issue resolution

Missing items, wrong products and refund requests are recorded, communicated and tracked to a resolution.

How an order works

Four steps, from the customer's first message to goods at the door.

Step 1

The customer asks

A customer messages a participating shop's storefront and says what they need, in ordinary words.

Step 2

The shop's prices are quoted

Items and prices are read from that retailer's catalogue and shown to the customer with the total before anything is committed.

Step 3

The customer pays

Payment is completed through a supported payment service provider. Any Market360 service fee is disclosed as part of the transaction.

Step 4

The shop fulfils

The retailer confirms, prepares and dispatches the order using its own staff or delivery arrangement, and the customer tracks the status.

For retailers

Market360 extends the shop you already run. You do not change what you sell, what you charge or how you serve customers — you reach them through a new channel.

What the retailer controls

  • The products offered and their legality, authenticity and safety
  • The prices shown to customers
  • Product availability and stock accuracy
  • Delivery areas, charges, timing and minimum orders
  • Its own return, cancellation and refund terms, within the law
  • Order preparation, packaging and dispatch

What Market360 provides

  • The digital storefront and conversational ordering interface
  • Catalogue and pricing tools the retailer configures
  • Order capture, confirmation and status workflows
  • Complaint and refund workflows, and transaction records
  • Back-office visibility across orders and settlement
  • Support for participating stores

Payments. Participating retailers are the sellers of the goods purchased through their storefronts. Where online payment is available, transactions are processed through supported third-party payment service providers. Market360 is not a bank or a payment processor, and does not operate a customer or retailer wallet for storing funds.
